Beyond Diagnosis · A Journey Home in Kindness

What if your body was never betraying you?

You have been the backbone of everyone else's life for so long that you forgot you had a body of your own, until it began to speak in pain, exhaustion and flare. The Gentle Rising is a 7-day journey back to yourself, where you learn to rest without guilt and to know your body as a friend, not an enemy.

What's InsideThe Gentle Rising

Not another way to manage the pain, a way to get underneath it
01

Get to the Root, Not Just the Symptom

So much of what you've tried has managed the pain: medicated it, pushed through it, worked around it. The Gentle Rising goes underneath all of that, to the nervous system driving the flare, so you finally start meeting the cause instead of endlessly managing the symptom.

02

Teach Your Body It Is Safe to Soften

Through gentle breathwork and subliminal audios, your body is guided out of fight-or-flight and into calm and safety. This is the felt shift: the moment your body stops bracing and begins to soften, ease and rest, often for the first time in years.

03

Tools You Keep, and Use Again and Again

Every practice is a recording that is yours to keep. Play them on a flare day, a guilt day, a sleepless night, any time your body needs them and for as long as you need them. This isn't a one-week fix you finish and lose, it's a toolkit you return to for life.

04

Walk Away Knowing Exactly What Your Body Needs

By the end of the seven days you'll understand what soothes your system and what stirs it up, so the harmony doesn't stop on Day 7. You leave knowing exactly what to keep addressing, able to work with your body instead of against it, long into the future.

Your body is not betraying you. It is asking you, gently, to come home. The Gentle Rising is the first tender step of finally answering.

Client message: before my session I felt the weight of the world, after the breathing Reanne guided me through I felt so much better and more focused
Client message: I generally just feel much happier in myself, have a lot more patience than I ever did
Client message: I actually slept through the night last night, didn't move once, I never do that, no tossing and turning with my lower back pain

Yes, I'm Ready to Come Home
Reanne, founder of Fibro 2 Phoenix
I'll be honest with you....

I know what it is to lie awake in a body that hurts, feeling that agonising crunch in your feet before you've even pulled back the bedsheets, that pulsating ring in your ears and a pounding head struggling to focus. Running on guilt, snapping at yourself in your own head, quietly grieving the woman you used to be and terrified that this is simply who you are now.

I also know what it is to slowly, gently, find your way back to her. Not the old you, but the version who knows she is worth more and wants more, the 2.0 version. To rest without guilt. To lay down old hurts that sat heavy in the body. The woman who catches herself daily, listens in to what she needs, and is unapologetic about it. The version of you who knows her body as a friend and not an enemy. That is my rising.

At the tender age of 33, with a diagnosis that came with "no known cure", I knew I was not prepared to let my two children grow up with a mummy who could barely string a sentence together.

The Gentle Rising is the map I had to draw in the dark, now made gentle for the woman walking the path behind me. It is not a "grab a template and go" fix, because this shift is nervous-system deep. It is seven small, tender days that give you a finish line you can see from the start, so that an already-exhausted woman never freezes. You simply do one kind thing today, then tomorrow, and then you rise.

Frequently asked.

I'm exhausted. Is this going to be one more thing I can't keep up with?
No. This was built for a tired body, on purpose. Each day is just one thing: one audio, one small kindness, one line in your companion. There is no fuller plate here, only permission for a lighter one. You never have to catch up, you simply begin again the next day.
Do I need to have a diagnosis to do this?
Not at all. The Gentle Rising is for any woman who has spent years carrying everyone else and whose body has started asking for her back, whether that came with a diagnosis or simply with pain, exhaustion and a sense of having lost herself.
How much time does each day take?
Very little. Most days are a short audio you simply listen to, plus a two-minute reflection. The one practice that asks a little more, the breathwork, is designed for a small pocket of "me time," around 40 minutes, whenever it suits you.
What if I have a flare day or fall behind?
That is exactly what the "When I Wobble" SOS Card is for. On a flare day, a guilt day, or a day the family pulls at you, you reach for a few grounding words and one tiny next step. One hard day never undoes the whole journey, and there is no such thing as falling behind here.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. The Gentle Rising is a gentle, self-guided journey of reflection, mindset and nervous-system tools, born from my own lived experience. It sits alongside, and never replaces, the care of your own doctor or therapist.
What do I need to get started?
Only yourself, somewhere quiet to listen, and a willingness to give yourself seven small, kind days. Everything else is inside.

Come home to yourself, one gentle day at a time.
